The Beefy Boys, the award-winning burger slingers with a cult following across the UK, have excitedly announced the opening of their fourth restaurant, in the heart of Bath, later this year.
Celebrated for their authentic American-style barbecue food, and fresh from coming fourth place at the World Food Championships in Indianapolis earlier this month, The Beefy Boys are now set to take over one of Bath’s most iconic locations. The new restaurant will be located at 24 Milsom Street, Bath, taking over the historic site of the former Milsom Hotel and Loch Fyne restaurant, and will open at the beginning of 2025.
The prime spot on Milsom Street will provide the perfect backdrop for diners to enjoy The Beefy Boys’ signature dirty burgers, which won them two accolades, including Best Burger, at the 2023 National Burger Awards.
Famed for their smashed patties, indulgent flavours, and the highest quality grass-fed Herefordshire beef, The Beefy Boys offer an unforgettable dining experience for burger lovers. Their menu showcases award-winning burgers such as the classic Beefy Boy Burger – a juicy patty topped with American cheese, crispy bacon, lettuce, red onion, gherkin, Swiss Cheese, and their signature “special” sauce. Burger lovers can also indulge in creations like the Oklahoma Onion Boy, featuring caramelised onions smashed into the patty, or the bold Peanut Butter and Jelly Boy, combining savoury and sweet in a decadent flavour explosion.
In addition to their iconic burgers, The Beefy Boys are known for their crowd-pleasing sides and barbecue classic. Diners can savour Pastrami Fries, Mac & Cheese Balls, and the indulgent Millionaire Fries – topped with truffle oil, parmesan, and chipotle mayo. For those with an appetite for something different, the menu features options like Nashville Hot Chicken Strips, Buffalo & Blue Cheese Chicken Wings, and even vegetarian and vegan-friendly creations such as the Beanie Boy and Leafy Boy burgers.
