The Beefy Boys and Nozstock Return with Beef Stock Festival 2026

The Beefy Boys and Nozstock have teamed up for a two-day summer celebration of beautiful BBQ, banging tunes and children 12 and under go FREE!

Herefordshire’s award-winning grill masters, The Beefy Boys, are returning this summer to the iconic Nozstock site in Bromyard, Herefordshire, for Beef Stock 2006 with a brand new line-up spanning a full weekend of family fun, food and music, on Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd August.

Following on from the huge success of the inauguralBeef Stock in 2025, the new extended format is the ultimate summer event, bringing together live-fire BBQ demonstrations, smoky street food, local producers, live music, DJs, and more.

The weekend is packed full of the UK’s most exciting BBQ names on the BBQ HQ Stage with expert demo’s, tutorials, tips, and tricks. Guests include The Beefy Boys’ co-founder Murf, Birmingham’s Andy Stubbs, better known as Andy Low n Slow, author Genevieve Taylor founder of The Bristol Fire School, Christian Stevenson aka DJ BBQ best-selling author, cookery YouTuber, TV personality and food journalist,BBQ masterclass king Matty’s BBQ Chop Shop, Ashley Tunley from Big Smoke BBQ and the Beefy BBQ Pitmaster,  Simon Morley from Under the Nut Tree, Alistdair [Sosij], purveyor of world renowned hot sauces, Tubby Tom, husband and wife duo McBagley BBQ, Martyn Odell (aka The Lagom Chef) and fire chef extraordinaries Sam and Shauna from Hang Fire BBQ.

Food lovers can expect a fire-powered feast of low ‘n’ slow cooked briskets, sizzling Tomahawk steaks, whole BBQ chickens, and saucy sides across multiple Beefy Boys stations, joined by top-tier guest vendors including Gurt Wings, Doughzy Mares Pizza, Jerk Bay Ltd, Splitscreen Ice Cream and many more.

Beyond the grills, visitors can browse a marketplace of local traders, artisan butchers, BBQ brands, and food producers. There’ll also be interactive cookery stalls and a fiery chilli-eating contest from the infamous Clifton Chilli Club.

New for 2026 CompBBQUK is launching the Beef Stock BBQ Championships sponsored by Legges of Bromyard, with 12 teams competing. It’s an epic freestyle competition judged on visual appeal, taste, mouth feel and creativity.And what makes this even more exciting is that the event is anOfficial Qualifier on the road to the BBQ World Cup, helping open the path to the biggest stage in competitive BBQ. The winner of the Sunday contest will qualify to go to Vegas to the BBQ World Cup and compete against the best barbecuers and pit masters in the world. For ultimate bragging rights and the chance to win a massive $1m!!

There is also a new food and farming stagein collaboration with We Are Farming Minds and sponsored by Two Farmers, hosting a range of agricultural specialists, food producers and farming entrepreneurs for lively talk and debates across the two days.

Meanwhile, the Nozstock team will bring its signature musical style to the event with an exciting programme full of performance, play, and serious recreation, across two stages, the Dingly Dell and The Stockyard sponsored by Wye Valley Brewery. Festival goers can expect a range of family-friendly entertainment, and music from Jake of Diamonds, Okapi, Stevie Edwards, Razzamo, The Social Ignition, Venus Fly Kings and more! 

Join the Spare Room Arts crew with a series of craft workshops themed on BBQ from around the world for children and families, the perfect way to make a memento of your Beefstock visit! And the Dazzles party disco fun, with face painting and friendly  characters just waiting to say hello.
