PIT Kitchen is a bold open-fire dining concept created by lifelong friends Adam Thomas and chef George Uren, born out of the desire to bring people together through food. Established in the Cotswolds in 2021, Pit Kitchen began as a roadside food venture near Chipping Norton, and quickly grew into a celebrated fixture at Todenham Manor Farm, near Moreton-in-Marsh.
Known for vibrant, globally-inspired flavours, flame-cooked small plates, and a warm, communal atmosphere, PIT Kitchen bridges the gap between street food energy and gastronomic flair. Menus are built around consciously sourced, seasonal ingredients from local suppliers, including meat from Todenham Manor Farm and fresh produce from Drinkwater Farm. With a focus on accessibility, inclusivity, and fun, PIT Kitchen is all about mates, flames, and food that brings people together.
