Kids go free at Cotswold Farm Park this May!

To celebrate winning the Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Award for 2026, Adam Henson’s Cotswold Farm Park (Guiting Power, Gloucestershire) is inviting kids to go free for the rest of May 2026*.

When visiting with a paying adult or senior, children, toddlers and babies can enjoy complimentary entry* into Cotswold Farm Park to get up close to a wide selection of rare and native breed farm animals, including Gillie the Jersey Cow, Marge the Middle White Pig, and Attenborough the Highland bull calf (named in honour of Sir David Attenborough in celebration of his 100th birthday on 8th May 2026).

Visitors can also meet the farm’s newest arrivals and get involved with the popular lamb and goat kid bottle-feeding sessions (11.30am and 3.30pm daily until 31st August), as well as the chance to watch fluffy chicks hatch, and meet friendly guinea pigs and rabbits.

From 23rd – 31st May (school half term), Cotswold Farm Park will celebrate Bee Wild Weekwith a special programme of fun activities for families to enjoy. Visitors can watch daily sheep shearing demos in The Animal Barn (between 10am and 3pm) and learn about the shearing process as well as the amazing qualities of sheep’s wool. There will be fascinating daily talks from the Farm’s Beekeeper-in-training, as well as the chance to peek inside an observation hive and find out more about the Farm’s resident worker bees. Youngsters can create their own nature-themed sand art (additional charge applies) or hop on a tractor trailer ride to enjoy a unique tour of Cotswold Farm Park (£1 per person).

And if that wasn’t enough, children can burn off any remaining energy at the well-equipped indoor and outdoor play areas, which includes a soft play section (perfect for little ones), large sand pits, bouncy pillows, swings, ride on tractors and quarry play, or enjoy a slower pace of play at the sensory garden.

Visitors are welcome to bring a picnic and enjoy the Farm’s beautiful surroundings, or tuck into tasty dishes from the spring menu at The Ox Shed restaurant, which serves family-favourites using locally-sourced ingredients.
