Alice falls down the Rabbit Hole and lands in Cheltenham for brand new family production

A brand-new family production of Lewis Carroll’s classic story The Adventures of Alice in Wonderland is set to land at The Everyman Theatre in Cheltenham from 12th – 13th August – just in time for the summer holidays.

The adaptation, by Wise Owl Theatre Company, promises to breathe new life into the eternally popular tale by portraying it from a fresh perspective, as curious Alice causes chaos and carnage for the inhabitants of Wonderland after venturing into their world. The visually stunning production will delight Cheltenham theatre-goers for four shows across Friday 12th and Saturday 13th August 2022.

The production, which is suitable for all ages, features magnificent puppetry design by Matthew Forbes, the Associate Puppetry Director behind National Theatre’s award-winning War Horse. Spectators can expect to see a cast of well-known characters as they are immersed within the wonderful world of Wonderland, including the fearsome Queen of Hearts.
